Is there a payment schedule or deposit required?
Yes. A 1/3 of the total amount non-refundable deposit is required at the time of contract.
Where do I park if I’m attending an event at The Lyric?
There are several lots surrounding the block that can be utilized by our guests.
Can I serve food and beverages at a private event?
We offer catering services.There is also no additional cost for using your vendor of choice.
Are alcoholic beverages allowed on premise?
Yes. We offer bartending services through a third party vendor. You may also use a vendor of your choice.
Is smoking allowed on premises?
No. For the comfort of all guests, smokers must exit the building and move away from all entry doors.
Are pets allowed at events at The Lyric?
With the exception of service dogs (not including emotional support dogs), no pets are allowed on the premise.
Can citizens with carry permits bring guns on The Lyric property?
No guests may bring firearms on premise other than privately hired security officers. No exceptions.
Can children attend private events at The Lyric?
Of course children are allowed at our events! However, a designated adult must be in charge of all children under the age of 12 at all times.
